Paul Kobishop is a seasoned and successful operations management professional with over 25 years of experience in dramatically improving processes, garnering significant cost savings, and managing multiple facilities for diverse manufacturing organizations. Paul has leveraged comprehensive operations expertise to develop recommendations for lean and demand flow improvements, educate clients in effective methodologies, and lead firms from loss to profitability.
Paul is a proven problem-solver adept at establishing operational strategies, enhancing team performance, and garnering outstanding customer relations. Having advanced from production floor operator through industrial engineering, front line supervision, production, quality, and engineering management to consultant and directorships of manufacturing division operations. Increasing authority and responsibility provided opportunities to manage $100 million operating budget, direct 5 facilities, manage $15m projects, and supervise 500 direct and indirect employees and direct improvements in operating costs on average of 15% ($1.5m) across 22 different manufacturing operations.

 David Coombs led his first Lean implementation over twenty years ago, dramatically reducing WIP, cycle times and workplace injuries for a premium-quality boat manufacturer. Since then he has developed and managed successful Lean projects in a variety of industries across the United States. Several of his consulting engagements have led directly into executive positions, giving him general management experience in addition to his strong analytical skills. For ten years he ran his own company designing and building innovative machinery for agribusiness. During that time he also served as Chairman of the Board of Dietzgen Corporation, where he directed a major restructuring and several acquisitions.
A graduate of Harvard University, he later earned his MBA in Operations and Business Strategy from Boston University.

Richard Rahn is formerly a vice-president with the Kiran Consulting Group and the John Costanza Institute, and is a recognized leader in Flow Manufacturing training and implementation. He has lead over 50 successful implementation programs in the US, Canada, Europe and Mexico, and has trained over 3,000 manufacturing professionals in Flow Manufacturing techniques. He has introduced Flow Manufacturing to some of the world's largest companies, including General Motors, Johnson & Johnson, John Deere, Kodak and Emerson Electric.
Richard was raised in Manila and Mexico City, and teaches and consults in Spanish and English. He graduated Cum Laude from Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vermont and received his MBA from the University of Colorado. He has 14 years of manufacturing and management experience with Ball Aerospace in Boulder, Colorado and Storage Technology Corporation in Louisville, Colorado.

 During Gerard Leone’s 20-year career in manufacturing management and consulting, he had the opportunity to work with a broad range of manufacturing enterprises. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, his multilingual skills have been a very valuable tool in spreading the word of Flow Manufacturing around the world. He taught statistics at the University of Buenos Aires and Production Management at Colorado State University, his two Alma Maters.
A widely recognized leader in the fields of productivity improvement and manufacturing systems, Gerard has instructed and implemented Flow Processing techniques in the factory and in the office with companies like GN ReSound, The New Piper Aircraft, Whirlpool, Mobile Tool International, Lucent Technologies, Beltone, AVAYA, Thermo King and Boeing, to name a few.
