Leonardo Group Americas was the creator of the Operational Excellence track for the Supplier Excellence Alliance (SEA) program. This industry standard lean program, approved by all of the major aerospace prime companies, has been rolled out to over 100 aerospace suppliers since 2003.  Leonardo Group Americas also filled the role of training and certifying the team of lean experts that delivered the SEA program, and  in training aerospace prime managers and lead leaders in the details of the SEA Lean Roadmap.

Since 2003 we have conducted over 350 lean Kaizen events for Aerospace suppliers, and have an unsurpassed practical knowledge of how to apply lean principals in this unique job shop environment.
